Led by the Director Policy Planning & Coordination, Mr. Phil Tabua, the team drives the Authority's strategic planning, coordinates health programs across the four districts, and monitors performance against the National Health Plan and the Authority's corporate plans.
The team works closely with the National Department of Health, development partners and district health managers to ensure services reach every community in Milne Bay Province.
