The Board of Management is the governing body of the Milne Bay Provincial Health Authority. Its members are drawn from the community, business sector, women's representatives, district affairs, the Provincial Administration and the National Department of Health, ensuring the Authority remains accountable to the people it serves.
The Board sets the strategic direction of the Authority, oversees its performance and financial management, and ensures health services are delivered in line with the National Health Plan and the needs of Milne Bay Province.
